SSRS - RDLC Project Setup Doc

SSRS = SQL Server Reporting Services

RDLC = Report Definition Language Client-side

Software:  

1.VS-2022 – Make sure below things are installed: If not sure then repair and check.  

SSDT, Data Storage and Processing etc.  

2. SQL Server - Any Version - Preferred Latest 

3. Once VS-2022 installed – go to Extension – Manage Extension – Install below Software’s: 

1. Microsoft Reporting Servies Project. 

2. Microsoft RDLC Report Designer  

3. Report Authoring Extension – no specific versioning.  If you are using Dynamic 365
